An end-grain cutting board has the benefits of being both attractive and easy on your knives. This cutting board construction creates a distinctive looking checkerboard pattern. An end-grain board also has a very fibrous cutting surface, so a knife’s edge is likely to sink into the wood fibers while you are cutting and seal itself when cutting is complete not allowing any type of bacteria build up. end-grain cutting boards will show less wear and keep your knives sharper than traditional butcher blocks.

Each board is manufactured from hand selected and assorted species of scrap wood or run off lumber giving it a unique one of a kind look. All boards are constructed using food safe materials and adhesives. Hand finished, prepped, and delivered to your door.

Every item is handmade using premium wood. We do not consider knots or wood grains a flaw or defect. Every piece will vary which adds to the beauty and originality of the item. The natural grain of wood does not allow for a perfectly uniform appearance, and small imperfections may appear during finishing; this is a normal part of the woodworking process. When you receive your order, the product must be inspected before any processing or modifications are made. Any alteration of the product will void the manufacturer’s guarantee. This includes damages from excessive humidity or temperature exposure.
